Ultra Shine extends the Employee Referral Program opportunity to both Canadian and American team members from front-line cleaning staff to upper senior staff.

Ultra Shine provides training on all standard cleaning equipment and tools including the tools needed to provide commercial disinfect service, environmental friendly practices such as the use of dilution systems and WHMIS.
Ultra Shine provides additional training through Ultra Shine University which trains staff on many leadership and practical skills such as the use of floor maintenance equipment, pH levels for cleaning solutions, proper floor identification, clean service management, admonishment, etc. Education grants are not required for these programs. Talk to your supervisor to learn more.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about growth and continuous improvement. Our ideal candidate would be motivated to grow with the company and move up through the ranks, have a positive impact on the commercial cleaning industry and have desire to cheer on those they work with!

Any employee who works more than 35 hours per week is eligible. We understand that every employee’s needs are different and have designed the program to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of both work and school. There are many opportunities for additional education through Ultra Shine from Professional Development courses through Ultra Shine University or continuing education through a post secondary school. Eligible courses may vary based on the relevance to the facility management industry and the individuals business goals. Professional development courses in team or business management may open doors for supervisory and management level positions, while other courses may open doors in office-related positions. All courses must benefit the growth of the individual in the commercial facility maintenance service industry.
